Privacy Policy

This policy explains what HD1 MASTER handles, why it is needed, and the controls available to you.

Who we are

HD1 MASTER is published by HD EVENTS UK LTD. For the data handling described here, HD EVENTS UK LTD is the product publisher and contact point. Support and privacy enquiries can be started through our Support page.

Data HD1 MASTER handles

Translation

When translation is enabled, eligible visible webpage text is sent over HTTPS to the HD1 Translation Hub. The hub may use Microsoft Azure Translator. If a Multilogin proxy blocks the direct route, the paired Windows companion may relay the translation request locally. Azure credentials are not stored in the public HD1 MASTER extension.

Ticket verification-code assistance

After explicit Google consent, the preferred Windows companion path uses read-only Gmail access to inspect a short recent window in the account explicitly mapped to that Mimic profile. A detected code may be kept locally for up to ten minutes. HD1 MASTER cannot send, delete, alter, reply to, archive, mark as read, or submit email.

If the companion is not paired, HD1 MASTER may use an already-open, signed-in Gmail tab as a visible fallback. It activates Gmail only after detecting a visible supported verification-code field, inspects the rendered relevant message, returns Gmail to Inbox after five seconds, and switches back to the supported ticket page. It does not activate Gmail merely because a normal ticket homepage is open.

CAPTCHA accessibility

After you open CAPTCHA Help, HD1 MASTER may identify visible challenge markers and provide locating, enlargement, contrast, colour-inversion, and manual guidance. It does not solve challenges, choose answers, extract verification tokens, click challenge controls, or submit verification.

Local settings

Feature settings, Translation Hub connection details, profile-to-Gmail mappings, and short-lived workflow state are stored locally in the relevant browser profile or desktop companion.

Autofill

When you configure autofill, identity, contact and address details are stored locally in the relevant Mimic browser profile. A separate saved name/address catalogue does not retain phone numbers or email addresses. Autofill is user-triggered, does not fill passwords, verification codes or payment-card fields, and does not submit forms.

Google account data

Gmail connection is optional and controlled through Google’s sign-in and consent screens. HD1 MASTER requests only https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.readonly. It never asks for or stores your Google password. You may disconnect inside HD1 MASTER and revoke access in your Google Account.

Information received from Google APIs is used only to provide the user-facing verification-code feature. It is not sold, used for advertising or credit decisions, or used to train general-purpose artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Browser permissions

  • Storage: saves settings and short-lived workflow state.
  • Tabs: coordinates user-requested actions across supported pages.
  • Identity: starts optional Google OAuth authorisation.
  • Scripting: opens user-requested CAPTCHA Help on the current page.
  • Website access: translates eligible visible text and identifies visible challenge markers.

Sharing, retention, and security

HD1 MASTER does not sell personal data. Translation text may be processed by the user-selected Translation Hub and its provider. Optional third-party extensions are separate products governed by their own publishers and terms.

Detected verification codes are retained locally only for the short workflow window and then removed. OAuth tokens are protected by browser or operating-system storage. Never include passwords, tokens, verification codes, or personal email content in support messages.

Your controls

You may edit or clear autofill details, disable translation, disconnect Gmail or the Translation Hub, decline Gmail authorisation, close CAPTCHA Help, clear extension data, revoke Google access, or uninstall HD1 MASTER.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy when the product or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the current version. For privacy questions or requests, use the HD1 MASTER Support page.
