Gmail won’t connect

  1. Open HD1 MASTER and choose Connect Gmail.
  2. Pair the Windows companion and select the Gmail account assigned to this Mimic profile.
  3. Review Google’s permission screen and allow read-only access only if you agree.
  4. If the companion is not paired, keep a signed-in Gmail tab open for the visible fallback.
02

A code was not found

  1. Request a fresh code only after the visible authentication-code box appears.
  2. Confirm the expected message has arrived in the connected or signed-in Gmail account.
  3. Watch the bottom-left HD1 MASTER status notice. With the visible fallback, Gmail opens briefly, returns to Inbox after five seconds, then Ticketmaster regains focus.
  4. Enter the code manually if assistance is unavailable; HD1 MASTER never submits it.
03

Translation is unavailable

  1. Open HD1 MASTER’s setup and confirm automatic translation is enabled.
  2. Choose Test connection. A successful result confirms the secure Hub is available.
  3. If a Mimic proxy blocks the direct route, pair and run the Windows companion for the local fallback.
  4. Reload the extension, then close and reopen any page that was already open during the update.
04

CAPTCHA Help

Open CAPTCHA Help from the HD1 MASTER toolbar, then use its locate, enlarge, contrast, or colour-inversion controls. You must choose answers and submit the challenge yourself.

05

Autofill

  1. Open HD1 MASTER and choose Set up autofill.
  2. Save this Mimic profile’s details and optionally add the approved name/address catalogue.
  3. Reload an open website, then choose the rickshaw icon beside a supported field.
  4. Review every value yourself; HD1 MASTER never submits the form.
